4. Sleep enough:

We understand that after 8-10 hours at work, it becomes difficult to get sufficient sleep and retain energy in the body. Sleep is the time when your body recharges itself. So when you come back from a long day at work and feel less energetic, take a nap. A nap of about half an hour will do the job. Make sure you wake up feeling energized and then go on for the workout session.
5. Keep up your motivation:
Motivation is the key to fitness. Fitness does not come in a day or two. One has to keep working for days and months for fitness. Motivation is the only factor that can keep you going and will make you meet your goal.
